Returns and Exchanges
Returns:
Returns must be made within 2 weeks of purchase date. Please include your receipt as proof of purchase. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable and return shipping rates apply. Returns should be sent to P.O. Box 3235, Little Rock, AR 72203. Please include your order number, phone number, and the reason for return. All returns must be shipped via a carrier that provides tracking and insurance.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Gift cards and perishable goods cannot be returned.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation. This e-mail will also include the approval or rejection status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you fail to receive your refund after the 8th business day, contact your credit card company. Next, contact your bank. There may be processing time before the refund is posted. If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at store@oxfordamerican.org.
Exchanges:
Defective or damaged items will be replaced. If you receive a damaged item and wish a replacement, notify us at store@oxfordamerican.org for instructions on making the exchange. Wearable goods may be exchanged for another size (inventory permitting) if the original goods are returned in like-new condition.

All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item valued at $75 or more, it is advisable to ensure the item(s).
