Thank you for visiting and shopping at Oxford American Goods. The terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy are as follows:

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY 

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you directly via email or telephone.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

SHIPMENT TO P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES

OA Goods ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

WHOLESALE SHIPPING

OA Goods ships to retailers in the continental U.S. and Canada. For more information on wholesale shipping, please contact store@oxfordamerican.org. 

Wholesale domestic shipping is the same as the standard domestic shipping time estimates. (See above.)

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has gone out containing your tracking number(s). Tracking numbers will be active within 24 hours of shipment.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

OA Goods is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.  

DAMAGES

OA Goods will replace any item that arrives damaged or defective. Email store@oxfordamerican.org with your shipping information (name, order number, etc.) to ensure your replacement.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY 

International shipping is available via FedEx and USPS. Rates vary depending on distance, weight and transit time. Digital editions of the magazine and digital and print subscriptions from our subscription department are still available to readers outside the U.S who wish to not pay for international shipping.
